Iraqi Trademarks Office has announced a new regulation about the trademarks filing, requesting submitting any trademark along with the Arabic transliteration thereof.
The above new regulation will be applied on the pending TM applications that have not been yet examined and all new TM applications filed on and after 01 January 2023.
