6. Technical examination results of the plant variety as obtained from the home country, legalized up to the Jordanian Consulate, together with the Arabic translation thereof.
7. A certified copy of the priority document, if priority is to be claimed, duly legalized up to the Jordanian Consulate, together with the Arabic translation thereof.
8. DUS report, duly legalized up to the Jordanian Consulate, together with the Arabic translation thereof.
9. Specification, claims, abstract and formal drawings, if any, in English and Arabic languages, duly legalized up to the Jordanian Consulate, together with the Arabic translation thereof.

   which is the Competent Authority for receiving copyright applications in Jordan, would not accept to
   receive the copyright application if the holder of the same is not Jordanian unless the work – subject of
   copyright application – is printed and published in Jordan.
