‘Aber’ the new Digital Currency of UAE and Saudi Arabia

The United Arab Emirates Central Bank (UAECB) and the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) have collaborated and launched a new common digital currency named ‘Aber’. This new currency will be used for financial settlements between UAE and Saudi Arabia. This currency will be based on the Blockchain model which means data will be kept in a very secure cloud and transfer will be very easy.  Behind “ABER” there is blockchain that ensure to anyone participating in the digital economy has a copy of every transaction occurring, but how can this relate to IP?
