Sudan is an Arab country located in Northeast Africa. Sudan has a population of about 43 million (2018 estimate) and an area of 1,886,068 square kilometers (728,215 square miles), making it the third largest country by area in Africa and in the Arab world. Sudan is one of the vast countries with diverse natural resources such as agricultural lands, livestock and mineral resources, forests, fisheries and fresh water. Sudan relies mainly on agriculture, as it represents 80% of the population’s activity in addition to industry, especially industries that depend on agriculture.

- In case of claiming priority, a certified copy of a corresponding home or foreign application of the trademark.

- A Deed of Assignment signed by both the Assignor and the Assignee, duly legalized up to the Sudanese Consulate. (Within six months from the executed date)
- A Certificate of Incorporation of the assignee, duly legalized up to the Sudanese Consulate.
