Certified copy of the certificate of registration of the relevant trademark.
Certificate of Incorporation or Extract from its Commercial Register, duly notarized.Print of each relevant trademark.
Certified copy of the contractual exploitation agreement, in case of local licensee.
Prints of the genuine products, (optional).
Depositing a bank check signed and issued by the trademark owner or his authorized agent in Sudan,
without writing a specific value, in consideration of any costs that may result from the seizure of
counterfeit goods if it is proved that the seizure was not justified and resulted in material losses to the
owner of the goods that were seized
