- An Extract from the Commercial Register or Articles of Incorporation or any equivalent document duly legalized up to the Libyan Consulate, in the apllicant’s home country.
- In case of claiming priority, a certified copy of the corresponding home or foreign application of the
trademark, duly legalized up to the Libyan Consulate.
- A Power of Attorney, duly legalized up to the Libyan Consulate, in the apllicant’s home country.
- A Power of Attorney, from the assignee, notarized and duly legalized up to the Libyan Consulate, in the assignee’s home country.
2. A deed of assignment, signed by the assignor and the assignee, duly legalized up to the Libyan
Consulate.
